You can access your personal photo store by scanning the QR code on the card we gave you at the end of your photoshoot.

If you prefer to view on a laptop, just go to the URL at the bottom of the card in your browser.

FAQ

Will my photo(s) be printable quality?

  • Yes, full size photos can be printed up to a size of 20” wide by 13⅓ ” tall (50cm wide by 33cm tall) for landscape, or vice versa for portrait shots.

Are my photos secure?

  • Yes. There are over 1 billion possible store codes, and you have the only card with your unique code. Don’t lose it :)

  • Your personal store page will be password protected with your email address if you requested, before we upload your photos. 

  • We will delete your personal store page after 30 days unless we hear from you otherwise. We’re also happy to delete it right away, or leave it there for you to come back to in future.

How do I pay for my photos?

  • The Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Klarna.

How do I download my photos?

  • Here's how to download your purchased photos:

    1. On the Order Confirmation Page:

      • Immediately after your purchase, you'll be directed to the Order Confirmation page.

      • This page will display your order details and include a download link for your photo.

    2. Download the photo:

      • Click the download link on the Order Confirmation page.

      • This will allow you to save the photo to your device.

    For future reference:

    • You'll also receive an order confirmation email with a separate download link for your convenience.

Is my payment secure?

  • Yes. This is a Squarespace website and we use the Squarespace Store feature which comes with secure SSL payment processing for all transactions.

What are all the different previews on each Product Page?

  • We think you will make a better choice if you have all the information you need. To help you pick your favorites, our AI will create the following preview images for you on each photo page:

      • ¼ resolution (6MP) full-color preview (it may look smaller depending on the device you are using)

      • Full resolution headshots of everyone in the group so you can check those smiles before you buy!

      • Detail color pop map. Just look for any areas that are in color - these are the areas of the photo that will catch people’s eyes the most!
